What is the BPRP?

The Business Partnership Readiness Program (BPRP) helps small and micro businesses identify what it takes to enter into and sustain ongoing relationships with industry leaders.

To be successful in today's competitive business enviornment, a top tier company must not only be good at its trade or service; it must be equally savvy in its day-to-day business operation.  Image, finances, and presentation all contribute to a profitable bottom-line. 

When sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors understand how their image and performance inpacts the success of a particular project, they are more likely to recognize the value they bring.  They tend to view themselves as actual "partners" in that venture.

"Understanding Your Partner"

The "Understanding Your Partner" phase of the BPRP was created specifically for General Contractors and Purchasing Agents.  This three-hour workshop is designed to: 

  • Address misperceptions and eleviate misunderstandings. 
  • Help general contractors foster long-term relationships with subcontractors. 
  • Faciliate understanding of unique challenges facing minority subcontractors and vendors.
  • Connect larger firms with qualified suppliers and vendors.
